ORDER PROCESSING TIME

It takes 2-5 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping method you choose. We ship Monday through Friday, except weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Orders take an average of 5 business days to process (if you place an order on Monday, your order should ship by Thursday in most cases).

If we are unable to process your order due to an incorrect or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order may be delayed.


Delivery times:

***Delivery time usually depends on the duration of customs clearance, which may vary from country to country.

Sometimes delivery times vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

IR disputes/strikes
Weather
Time of year (e.g. vacation season)
Large or bulky items
Failure of the shipping service provider
If any of the above situations occur with your package, we promise to keep you updated with as much information as possible.



SHIPPING GUARANTEE
To back up our pledge and promise to you, we will refund your shipping costs (or give you a partial refund if shipping was free) for any items that take longer than the following time frames to arrive at their destination.

We always want your order to arrive as soon as possible, but unfortunately sometimes there can be unexpected delays (customs, weather, etc). If for any reason your products do not arrive within 60 days, we will send you a replacement product free of charge and give you a full refund. This is our promise to you.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged duties or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes and fees imposed by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for information on fees for packages leaving your country.

NOTE: In very rare cases, international shipping to some countries may take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for slow delivery countries such as Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and Romania. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. Delivery to some countries may require additional shipping charges due to geographic location.



DISCLAIMER FOR WRONG ADDRESS
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict delivery deadlines. Please verify the address you provide, as we CANNOT be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If your order is already in process or has been shipped, we cannot change the address, we can only wait to see if the package is returned to us. If it is, we can offer you an exchange or refund.
